With high-impact action plans, Leaders will master skills like delivering constructive feedback, managing conflict, navigating change, and motivating and empowering team members —all within their daily workflow - with a an "always on" digital, personalized resource.

      • One 2-hour initial virtual session on DiSC

      • Five 1-hour Leader modules

  • Audience:  People Leaders

WORKING GENIUS

Increase Personal and Team Productivity

    • 4 hour in-person or virtual session

    • May be broken into 2-3 sessions

  • Description:  Based upon Patrick Lencioni's book The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, this session provides a team assessment and personalized DiSC learning in 5 behavioral areas: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Teams will leave this session with renewed commitment and team agreements to drive lasting change.

  • Time:

    • In person: 1-Day overview course or 3-Day deep dive

    • Virtual: Ten 1 - 1.5 hr sessions spread over the course of 4-8 months
