Elizabeth Slone
Elizabeth believes that her purpose is to help individuals step into their full potential. As a professional consultant, Elizabeth has served a number of organizations in this spirit. She loves understanding what brings life and energy to others and has a passion for excellence. She is certified in Lencioni's 5 Behaviors, Working Genius, and a variety of DiSC products including DiSC for Leaders and DiSC for Emotional Intelligence. Nothing makes Elizabeth smile brighter than being with her family. She lives in the suburbs of Atlanta with her husband, two beautiful girls, and one awesome dog. Elizabeth is always on the go traveling with friends and family, and serving her church and community.

Dawn Lowe
Immediately after college, Dawn discovered the world of training and became instantly hooked. Since 1990, Dawn has facilitated and designed training for organizations in software training, pharmaceuticals, and the food industry, and has since become one of the most sought-after training designers for the world’s leading restaurant company. She loves training challenges and naturally gravitates toward them. She currently lives as a suburban city-dweller off the square in Marietta, GA with her husband, Jack. They also share their home with two hysterical cats and a loveable and adorable rescue dog named Teddy.

LeeAnn Isley
LeeAnn was created for serving others and loves to see a project through to completion. With over 10 years in the professional field, she has worked to support projects in the Healthcare, Agriculture, Food Service, and Leadership Consulting industries.

LeeAnn and her husband are 6th generation farmers in southeast Michigan. When she isn't working, you can find LeeAnn corralling their four young kids and two chocolate labs. She enjoys serving through her church, exercising, making sourdough, spending time with her close friends, and reading.

Sara Turner
Sara is a certified Integral Coach with more than 20 years of experience working with people in multiple contexts and capacities. She brings deep passion and a wide array of coaching tools to help individuals and teams grow and thrive. With five years of formal experience in leadership development and decades of broader experience in ministry, publishing, teaching, and content creation, she offers a rich background in guiding growth, transformation, and purpose-driven leadership.
Sara lives in Smyrna, Georgia, with her husband, their three teenagers, and two dogs. She and her husband also started a church in Smyrna, where she still serves in a variety of roles. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her exercising, reading, or spending time with friends, usually with good coffee and plenty of laughter.

Professional Coach
Jack Lowe
Jack brings fresh perspective to everything he does. He's a filmmaker, author, project manager, speaker, people leader, and event designer. His passion for coaching and mentoring people along their personal growth journeys has always been evident, either while leading teams of 10 people, or hosting events with over 1000. Jack sees Culture tied to Purpose as key drivers of success, both for the individual and for the broader organization. His decades of experience with Chick-fil-A, leading the work to build and maintain their globally respected culture, followed fourteen previous years of teaching and designing learning experiences for a broad range of industries.
Jack lives in Marietta, GA. When he's not working, you can find him either writing the Next Great American Novel, or planning the next world adventure with his wife, Dawn.

Meri Pearce
Meri is passionate about helping leaders step into their full potential by removing the barriers that hold them back. She believes that real transformation happens when we look at our Way of Being—the deep-seated perceptions and attitudes that drive our communication, behavior, and ultimately, our impact.
Meri has over 20 years in medical sales and has sat in many seats—from individual contributor to front-line manager to leading leaders at a VP level. She's navigated complex challenges like building high-performing teams, company restructurings, mergers, and product launches in highly competitive markets.
Meri is a graduate of the Accomplishment Coaching Program and holds an ICF Accredited Coach credential at the ACC level. She is DISC Certified and currently pursuing her certification in Positive Intelligence.
When she's not coaching, you can find Meri spending time with her husband Rob, daughter Madi, and their goldendoodles Zoe and Sadie. They love exploring locally and traveling to new places as much as possible.

Alex Rodriguez
Alex’s passion is inspiring people to a lifestyle of excellence in all areas of life. Alex served Chick-fil-A as a restaurant operator for over 41 years. His years of service sparked in him a desire to develop leaders at all levels to lead with excellence while showing care. He had the opportunity to develop leaders and operators for CFA throughout the country. He loves influencing leaders to be their very best by doing what is right in the most challenging situations. Alex’s life motto is: “It’s not who’s right, it’s what’s right.”He lives in Asheville, NC with his amazing wife Nancy. They love being with their 10 grandchildren who live in Asheville and the Atlanta metro area.

Ty Yokum
Ty’s mission and passion in life is to coach, teach, and encourage others to discover and maximize their purpose and potential in life. To that end, he worked for over 27 years as a management consultant at Chick-fil-A, Inc. helping equip and develop leaders. He also brings 13+ years of sales and management experience with various organizations. He lives in Ellijay, Georgia with his bride, Cindy, and they have 5 adult sons and 2 grandsons, and a granddaughter.​​​​​​​

Phil Orazi
Phil began his career with Chick-fil-A in 1974 at one of their first mall restaurants in Decatur, Georgia. Following graduation he took a role on the corporate staff of Chick-fil-A in Field Operations. Throughout his career he has served on the training department and staff development roles. He has spent time developing and coaching Chick-fil-A restaurant Operators, corporate executives, and created leadership curriculum for restaurant team members.
Outside of Chick-fil-A Phil is an adjunct professor at Prairie Bible College teaching leadership and development. Phil has three adult daughters and currently resides in St Simons Island, Georgia with his wife Eva. His interests include scuba, hiking, cycling, reading and mission work.

Kenneth White
What would life be like without a bit of adversity from time to time? Kenneth is a strong believer in that phrase because you find out a lot about yourself and others in those moments. He is dedicated to supporting others in reaching levels of achievement they may not have considered attainable. Kenneth has served as an operator for Chick-fil-A for 26 years. Before that, he held the position of officer at Waffle House for eight years, where he managed multiple locations across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, to whom he has been married for 37 years. You will find them outdoors with their boys Ryan ( Skyler), Corey, and Eli along with their grandson Jordan.
