Our Coaching Approach

We believe that even the smallest changes in leadership behaviors play a big role in your business achieving its strategic goals. We leverage personal coaching to help the leaders in your business target, modify, and habitualize core behaviors tied to desired outcomes. While these results are usually identified as personal and professional at their core, we believe that these outcomes are intrinsic to overall business excellence.

Before your coaching begins, we help you Identifying a leader who is coachable. A coachable person understands that they have room for improvement, is willing to try new behaviors and ideas, and provides an honest assessment of their efforts. Next, we administer a DiSC assessment to your Leader. This helps our coaches and your Leader get a better understanding of their natural personality style, their strengths, and their areas of opportunity.

Our coaches will work with your Leader to refine 1-2 professional, measurable goals that serve as markers of success. Along the way, new goals are often discovered and woven into the coaching journey. Once the coaching begins, we check in with you periodically to hear your perspective on the coaching and pass along any recommendations to your Leader’s coach for continuous improvement.

Through an agreed upon series of 1-hour remote sessions (often 1 or 2 times per month, and usually for 6 months to 1 year), we build a trusting relationship that allows us to both hold your leaders accountable and celebrate their accomplishments. You'll always know what we’re working toward as each meeting is well documented with clear action items delivered to you and your Leader within 24 hours of the coaching session.
