Learning the HEART of a servant leader is a foundational principle for all Chick-fil-A Leaders.
We will guide your team members through the H.E.A.R.T. principles with lessons and legacy examples, helping them to learn how to adopt the mindset of a leader and choose their behaviors to serve others and influence outcomes.

Leading to SERVE
Once a Leader understands the HEART of leadership, they are ready to S.E.R.V.E. This acronym reminds Leaders of their strategic, servant-leader responsibilities. We will explore each part of the principle, allowing Leaders to evaluate their current abilities and identify specific action steps they can take to better SERVE others and the business.
Classes on foundational leadership principles for Chick-fil-A Team Members will be held in interactive & engaging virtual sessions. Single or combined HEART & SERVE sessions are offered as a "lagniappe" (says our Louisiana Bayou friend, Ty) - a little something extra for nothing. Consider it our DOC to you!
