Experienced Operators will guide your team members through the Chick-fil-A Leadership models, HEART & SERVE, helping them to learn how to adopt the mindset of a leader and take action in their roles to influence outcomes.

Improving Productivity with DiSC®
Chick-fil-A Operator, Chris Darley, will guide your Team Members through their own personal DiSC personality assessment and the leadership strategies of DiSC to help them understand how they can lead themselves and others well.

Classes on foundational leadership principles for Chick-fil-A Team Members will be held in interactive & engaging virtual sessions. An abbreviated HEART & SERVE session will now be offered as a "lagniappe" (says our Louisiana Bayou friend, Ty) - a little something extra for nothing. Consider it our DOC to you! Our DiSC class is a nominal charge which includes a survey for each Team Member and their personalized summary report to be used in the session.
