In this class, your Leader will learn how to check the intent of their communication and practice a process of communicating, asking questions, listening, and encouraging that will not only achieve the results desired, but also demonstrate care.

Making Better Business Decisions Using @CFANow
Learning how to read and interpret @CFANow data and act accordingly is critical to managing food, labor, and productivity. Using an Operator designed decision tree, your Leader will learn how to access, interpret and act on data. They will also practice doing this using live data from your Restaurant, application scenarios, and action planning.​
