Situational Leadership

Atlanta area Chick-fil-A Operator Chris Darley will guide your Leaders through Ken Blanchard’s model of Situational Leadership. Your Leaders will learn the 4 quadrants of situational leadership and that various situations call for various styles of leadership. They will practice in simulated situations to be ready to lead their team.

Shift Leader Reports
Virtual and/or
Hybrid Session

Learning how to read and interpret basic reports and act accordingly is critical to managing food, labor, and cash flow. Your Leader will learn how to access, interpret and act on data. They will also practice doing this through application scenarios, idea sharing, and action planning.
